These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Arizona Association of Dispensing Opticians (AADO) website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Membership
AADO membership is open to licensed dispensing opticians, non-licensed opticians, industry partners, and students in Arizona. Membership fees are non-refundable. AADO reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its discretion.

2. Online Exam
The Online Rules & Regulations Exam is available to AADO members at no cost and to non-members for a fee of $25 per attempt. Exam fees are non-refundable. Upon successful completion (75% or higher), a continuing education certificate will be emailed within 72 hours. AADO is not responsible for certificates lost due to incorrect email addresses provided at registration.

3. Job Board
Job postings are subject to review and approval by the AADO Board. AADO reserves the right to reject any posting at its discretion. Job posting fees are non-refundable once a listing has been approved and published.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of AADO and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Disclaimer
AADO provides information on this website for general informational purposes only. The content is not intended as legal or professional advice. AADO makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

6. Limitation of Liability
